FunkyBaby is committed to providing you with quality products however we understand that shopping over the Internet is different to shopping by conventional means. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at info(at)funkybaby(dot)com(dot)au to organise the return.
Sale items: Depending on availability, we will happily exchange a Sale item for an alternative size however, we are unable to provide a refund on Sale items.
Additional delivery charges will be charged for an exchange; alternatively you can supply a self addressed, prepaid satchel for all exchange items. A refund or exchange will not be given if the products returned are used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged - unless the products are deemed faulty.
We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Faulty items:
FunkyBaby takes care to inspect all items carefully before dispatching, however, in the rare event that an item has a fault, is damaged, or is not what you ordered; please contact us at info(at)funkybaby(dot)com(dot)au, within three days of receiving the item, so we can arrange for a replacement.
If the product is deemed faulty, we will refund you the total cost of your purchase including delivery charges or, should you wish to receive a replacement product, you will not incur any postage charges on the replacement item.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used in the original transaction and will be completed within two business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will not include the initial cost of delivering the item to the customer. We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. |
