FunkyBaby accepts both credit cards and direct deposit.

Funds may also be deposited directly into our bank account via direct deposit. When the direct deposit option is selected during checkout your order will be placed and a confirmation email with an order ID number and our banking details will be sent to your nominated email address. Please note that your order cannot be dispatched until your payment has been cleared in our bank account. Payment must be received within 5 working days, to prevent your order from being cancelled.

FunkyBaby uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

 

There is free shipping for all Australia-wide delivery on orders over $150.

Standard Post: $9.00

• Estimated delivery time 2-5 business days

• No cover for lost or damaged goods

• No signature on delivery

 

Express Post: $15.00

• Estimated delivery time is the next day business day for most metropolitan areas

FunkyBaby endeavours to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

 

 

International Delivery:

 

FunkyBaby is currently set-up to accept all International Deliveries.

 

If your order is being delivered to one of the following locations; New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Singapore, the cost of shipping will calculate automatically at checkout.

 

Any orders to be delivered outside of these areas will be charged at the flat-rate of $25 (AUD) and we reserve the right to request any additional delivery charge/s should the actual cost of delivery be greater.

 

Alternatively, feel free to contact us for a delivery costing estimate prior to placing an order.

 

Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients’ country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

Return and Exchange Policy:

 

FunkyBaby is committed to providing you with quality products however we understand that shopping over the Internet is different to shopping by conventional means. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at info(at)funkybaby(dot)com(dot)au to organise the return.

Sale items:

Depending on availability, we will happily exchange a Sale item for an alternative size however, we are unable to provide a refund on Sale items.

Additional delivery charges will be charged for an exchange; alternatively you can supply a self addressed, prepaid satchel for all exchange items.

 

A refund or exchange will not be given if the products returned are used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged - unless the products are deemed faulty.

We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

 

Faulty items:

 

FunkyBaby takes care to inspect all items carefully before dispatching, however, in the rare event that an item has a fault, is damaged, or is not what you ordered; please contact us at info(at)funkybaby(dot)com(dot)au, within three days of receiving the item, so we can arrange for a replacement.

Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors - email us immediately. Please note that changes cannot be made once your order is dispatched.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you promptly to either organise an alternative product, place the item on urgent backorder, or to organise a full refund.
